Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

To create an affirmation board, take a fine art board , now with the help of pencil draw any design of your choice, here we have made floral design.

Step - 02

Using FEvicol MR, outline the design and let it dry.

Step - 03

Using Lilac kit colours of your choice sponge dab fine art board as shown and let it dry.

Step - 04

Once dried, peel the fevicol MR from the fine art board as shown.

Step - 05

With the help of lilac kit colour write the affirmation “ I GET BETTER EVERY SINGLE DAY”. Handmade affiramtion board is ready !
