Step - 01
To create band, take a sheet of OHP, cut out 2 strips measuring your wrist with width of 2cm. Now make a mixture of Fevicol A+ and Rangeela Tempera Tri Colours. Now with the help of fine brushes apply tri coloured mixture onto the strips as shown and let it dry

Step - 02
Once both strips dried stick to one another like sandwiching the sheets using Fevicol A+. Now take blue coloured foam sheet and cut a thin strip measuring the band and stick it and let it dry

Make sure foam strip is thin enough

Using Fevicol A+ seal the edges as shown and let it dry. Personalised tri band is ready
