Step - 01

To create a tiger cheriyal mask, make tissue mâché. Take a bowl, add pieces of some tissue papers in it, some water and Fevicol A+. Mix it well until it becomes like dough. Make sure tissue paper mâché is fine enough as shown in the image.

Step - 02

To create the tiger’s face, take an OHP sheet. Now take some tissue mâché, roll it to flatten it into a circular shape as shown. Referring to the image or the template given, create tiger’s nose and ears with the help of your hands.

Step - 03

Using your hands, merge the features onto the tiger’s face. Now with the help of your thumbs, make a hollow marking for eyes as shown in the image and let it dry. Once dried, peel off the structure from the OHP sheet. Now apply a layer of Fevicol A+, onto the structure with Fine Art brushes and let it dry.

Step - 04

Once dried, draw the detailing of a tiger referring to the template given.

Step - 05

Using Rangeela Tempera Colour, fill up the colour as shown using Fine Art brushes and let it dry.

Step - 06

Similarly, fill up rest of the design using Rangeela Tempera Colour and let it dry. Your handmade tiger cheriyal mask is ready!
