Draw the Template

Draw the Ravana face outline on white cardstock and sketch the crown, horns, moustache, ears, eyebrows and nose as separate template pieces.

Cut the Foam Pieces

Trace the template onto coloured EVA foam sheets and carefully cut out all the face parts. Paint the crown borders and horn stripes using Rangeela Tempera Metallic Colours.

Assemble the Mask

Stick the crown, horns, ears, eyebrows, nose and moustache onto the red face base using Fevicol MR. Align all the pieces neatly before pressing them in place.

Add the Details

Use Fevicol MR to stick decorative stones and sequins onto the crown and earrings for a royal look. Draw and colour the teeth and mouth neatly. Cut out the eye openings carefully so the mask can be worn comfortably.
