DIY QUIRKY SHARPENER

Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

Mix equal quantities of Fevicryl Mouldit resin and hardener till it uniformly mixes and becomes completely white.

Step - 02

Using a rolling pin, make slab. now trace just the contour of any cartoon character of your choice, here we have taken Donald Duck. Now cut the contour with the help of paper cutter as shown.

Step - 03

To create Donald Duck features, take Mouldit and make a slab, trace the features and cut out contour with the help of a paper cutter. Let it semi dry and later stick it using Fevicol A+ onto the detailed design made as shown. Similarly, repeat the process to create the rest of features as shown.

Step - 04

Make sure that all the elements are semi dried.

Step - 05

Place the sharpener on the rear side of cutout, reinforce the sharpener creating a Mouldit cube using Fevicol A+, now secure it with the contour created as shown and let it dry

Step - 06

Using Fevicol A+, stick detailed structure overlapping contour structure as shown and let it dry.

Step - 07

Using Fevicryl Acrylic Colour of your choice paint it with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry. Your quirky sharpener is ready!
