Step-01
Take any old steel plate available. Now make a pattern out of mirrors and stick them using Fevicol A+ as shown.
Step-02
Make a mixture of Fevicryl Acrylic Neon Colours and Fevicol A+ for each colour and pour into the plate randomly to create abstract patterns as shown and let it dry. Now use Fevicryl 3D Neonliners and outline the pattern as shown to the border and let it dry .
Step-03
Take coloured wool of your choice and cut them into pieces. Using Fevicol A+ stick wool cut outs on the edges to create a frill on the plate as shown.
