To create table top take paper plate of small size.

Now fold it into half and with the help of pencil write text ‚ HAPPY NEW YEAR .

Step - 03

Using Rangeela Colour of your choice paint the plate and text with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry

Step - 04

To enhance, use Rangeela tempera colours of choice and paint tiny motifs all over with the help of fine art brushes and let it dry
