Paint your design for Pooja thali for Navratri

Step - 01

To create pooja thali, take paper plate or eco friendly plate. Now take a sheet of black coloured chart paper, draw a circle measuring the diameter according to the base of plate taken. Now with the help of white pencil create wide design as shown . Make sure design is symmetrical.

Cut the circle with scissors.

Foam sheets for design on Puja ki Thali

Step - 03

To decorate the design drawn, take coloured foam sheets of your choice. Now cut out strips with width measuring 1 cm approx.

Now cut out each strip into small square like shape as shown.

Stick the foam into the Puja thali decoration design

Using Fevicol A+, stick cut-out as shown. make sure to keep a bit of distance between the squares stuck giving mosaic effect.

Similarly, fill up the design foam cut-outs using Fevicol A+ and let it dry.

Using Fevicol A+, assemble the cut-out on plate as shown and let it dry. Now take Rangeela tempera colour black and paint the beam of plate as shown and let it dry. Handmade pooja thali is ready!
