Prepare the Card

Fold the white card paper in half to make the greeting card. Trace and cut a rounded rectangle from the blue craft paper, then stick it onto the front of the card using Fevistik power.

Create the Snowy Background

Cut a wavy strip from the white felt sheet and stick it along the bottom edge of the blue paper using Fevistik power to create a snowy landscape.

Make the Bird

Cut a large yellow circle and fold it to form the bird's body. Cut and attach the yellow tail and orange beak using Fevistik power.

Craft the Santa Hat

Fold the red paper pieces to make a Santa hat and stick the white pom pom to the tip using Fevistik power.

Assemble the Bird

Stick the bird onto the background using Fevistik power. Attach the Santa hat above the bird and stick the googly eye in place.

Add the Gift

Wrap the decorative cord around the small cardboard square to create a gift box and secure it using Fevistik power. Stick the gift beside the bird.

Decorate the Card

Add colourful festive details using Rangeela Tempera Colours to complete the design. Your handmade New Year greeting card is now ready to share.
