DIY FRIENDSHIP GIFT BOX

Using a decoupage technique, create a gift box for your friends showcasing fond memories on it.

Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

To create gift box, take sheet of mount board draw and cut the diagram referring to template given . Or can also any upcycled box available.

Step - 02

Using FEvicol A+, assemble it as shown and let it dry

Step - 03

Similarly, using the same process create lid.

Step - 04

Now take good quality prints of your choice to create collage on the box using decoupage technique and cut them into pieces with the help of scissors

Step - 05

Create a mixture of Fevicol A+ and water into equal parts. Make sure to mix it well until combined together. Now using fine art brushes apply a layer of this mixture behind cut outs and gently stick onto the box as shown. Make sure there no air bubbles while sticking the pictures. Now using fine art brushes apply a layer of it all over the collage created and let it dry.

Step - 06

Now take some newspapers cut them into pieces with the help of scissors

Step - 07

Using FEvicol A+, stick newspaper cut-outs inside using the decoupage technique as shown and let it dry. Handmade gift box is ready
