Draw the Templates

Draw the cat's face, ears, paws, tail, eyes, nose, and four circles on a white drawing sheet. Arrange four tissue rolls and keep all the materials ready.

Paint the Parts

Paint the tissue rolls and all the paper cut-outs using Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours. Allow the painted pieces to dry completely before moving to the next step.

Cut the Pieces

Carefully cut out all the painted shapes. Draw the facial details with Rangeela Tempera Pastel Colours and prepare the whiskers using white paper strips.

Assemble the Pen Holder

Stick the four tissue rolls together using Fevicol MR. Paste the paper circles on the top of each tissue roll to give the holder a neat finished look. Attach the cat's face, paws, tail, eyes, nose, and whiskers to the tissue roll holder using Fevicol MR. Press all the pieces gently until they are firmly fixed.
