Draw and cut

Draw 5-6 identical birds on corrugated cardboard and trace your desired traditional design. Cut out each bird shape.

Paint the base

Apply a smooth, white base coat to all bird cutouts. When dry, paint vibrant base colours like yellow, red, and green to the bodies.

Paint the details

Use a fine round brush to trace detailed folk patterns in white over the base colours. Use the metallic shades from the kit for details.

Stick the bells

Stick the colourful beads and a small bell to the belly of each bird with Fevicol MR. Attach a woolen loop to the top for hanging.

Hang them up!

Your beautiful bird danglers are complete! Hang them from a decorative stick on the wall to celebrate Vasant Panchami
