Create the Base
From the longer end of the white card paper, fold it like a fan. Then, fold the entire strip into half and stick the two ends with Fevicol to create the base. Cut the light blue paper into a semi-circle and stick the straight edge to the back of the base.
Cut and add some sparkle!
Download the Frozen printable and take an A3 sized printout. Apply Fevicol on the areas you would like to decorate - sprinkle glitter powder and apply the sequins. Once dry, using scissors cut out the components.
Assemble
Assemble your components and on the base. Once you are happy with the placement, stick them in place using Fevicol. Stick cotton around the characters on the base to create snow. Your Frozen Paper Craft is ready!
