Step - 04
Take a quilling strip and roll it into tight coils using a barbecue stick. Start rolling the strip inwards and seal the edges with Fevicol MR. Ensure you do not lose your grip while rolling.Create multiple shapes using quilling strips: Petal Shape: Loosen the coil slightly and pinch it from either side. Eye Shape: Create a coil and pinch it from any two sides. Heart-like Shape: Create a coil, keeping one side pointy, and curve the ends above as shown in the image. Triangle Shape: Create a coil and pinch it from three sides. Make sure to adjust the sizes of these shapes proportionately.

Step - 01
1. To create a decorative frame, take a sheet of corrugated paper and draw a rectangle with dimensions measuring A5 size, and a width of approximately 1 inch, as shown in the image.

Step - 02
Cut them with the help of a paper cutter. Take a piece of organza that is proportionate to the frame.

Step - 03
Using Fevicol MR, cover the corrugated sheet with the organza piece and & let it dry.

Step - 04

Using Fevicol MR stick the motifs & arrange into mandala design as shown in the image & let it dry.

Step - 06
Similarly, create quilling motifs and fill up the frame as depicted in the image. Take a sheet of black chart paper, draw, and cut out a frame of a similar size to the corrugated frame.

Step - 07
Using Fevicol MR, stick the chart paper frame on the corrugated structure as shown in the image. Your handmade decor frame is ready!
