Steps to Create this Activity

Step - 01

Take some old newspapers, carton and some flaps of corrugated sheet.

Step - 02

Take the old carton box and cut it into half in such a way that the lower portion should have more space than the upper half of the carton.

Step - 03

Stick the corrugated strip on one side of the lower and upper half of the carton. This strip will serve as the hinge for the box.

Step - 04

Take some strips of newspaper and start sticking them on the box with water and Fevicol Ele mixture.

Step - 05

Cover the entire box with the newspaper strips and let it dry.

Step - 06

Take some corrugated flaps and adjust the size of it according to the compartment required. Cover these flaps with the mixture of water and Fevicol Ele.

Step - 07

For the handle of the box, take a sheet of paper and roll it till the end. Flatten the paper by applying pressure then coat it with the mixture of water and Fevicol Ele and let it dry.

Step - 08

Stick the handles and the compartments with Fevicol Ele. Let them all dry.

Step - 09

Make scenery of your choice and paint it with Rangeela Tempera colors. Our craft box can now be utilized for keeping our craft items in it.
