Prepare the Card Base

Fold the white card paper neatly in half to make the greeting card base. Press the fold firmly so the card opens and closes smoothly.

Paint the Christmas Motifs

Lightly draw simple hanging Christmas motifs such as a gingerbread figure, holly, bell, stocking and candy cane near the top of the card. Paint them using Rangeela Tempera Metallic Colours and allow them to dry.

Make the Gift Pocket

Cut a large rectangle from the red glitter foam sheet and a narrow strip from the gold glitter foam sheet. Stick the gold strip vertically over the red rectangle using Fevistik Power. Apply Fevistik Power only along the side and bottom edges of the rectangle and stick it onto the lower part of the card, leaving the top open like a pocket.

Create the Pop-Up Message Panel

Cut a green rectangle slightly smaller than the gift pocket. Decorate it with a small festive illustration and greeting using Rangeela Tempera Metallic Colours. Cut a red glitter strip for the top and a simple bow from the gold glitter foam sheet, then stick them in place using Fevistik Power.

Assemble and Finish

Slide the green message panel partly into the gift pocket so it appears to pop out like a Christmas present. Adjust the placement, press all stuck pieces firmly and let the card dry completely. Your Christmas Gift Pop-Up Card is now ready to gift!
