Step - 01

Write the names of the process of metamorphosis on a quilling strip with a felt pen

Step - 02

Stick a toothpick on the back side of each flag with Fevciol A+

Step - 03

Draw the flowers and leaf on the coloured foam sheets, all the elements pertaining to the process of the Metamorphosis

Step - 04

Cut them out with the help of safety scissors. Also, stick some beads in the centre of the flower with Fevicol A+

Make two loops for the butterfly’s wings then drape it with the nylon stocking. Roll a cotton mesh for the butterfly’s body. Cut out two wires for the butterfly’s antennae and dip one end of the wires into acrylic colours and let it dry. Keep two googly eyes for its eyes.

Step - 06

Assemble all the materials as shown above and stick them with Fevicol A+. Draw some stripes on the butterfly’s abdomen with Fevicryl 3D Outliner.

Roll the cotton mesh and tie threads as shown above to make the pupa and stick it on a twig

Step - 08

Roll small balls and thin legs out of the Rangeela Moulding Dough to make the caterpillars body. Stick them all together with Fevicol A+ and let it dry.

Place the caterpillar on the half eaten leaf and stick it with Fevicol A+

Place a pearl bead on the leaf and stick it with Fevicol A+

Step - 11

Place the butterfly on the flower and stick it with Fevicol A+
