Step - 01
To create a wreath, draw a disc with a diameter of approximately 10 inches and a width of about 2 inches.
Step - 02
Cut it out with scissors. To cover the wreath, collect some newspaper.
Step - 03
Cut out newspaper strips and use Fevistik Power to cover the wreath with the newspaper cutouts.
Step - 04
To create a tassel, take a white sheet and cut it into four A5-sized parts. Using Rangeela Tempera Unicorn Colours of your choice, paint the cutouts.
Step - 05
Draw a circle with a diameter of 10 cm. Divide it into four parts and cut them out with scissors.
Step - 06
Using Fevistik Power assemble the cutouts into conical structure as shown in the image.
Step - 07
To create a dangler, take any cord, cut it into 4-5 strands, and attach a conical structure to it as shown

Using Rangeela Tempera Unicorn Color of your choice, paint the wreath with a paintbrush. To enhance it further, collect bottle caps and add them to your design.
